Bad planning
This guy invests $500k for a new bar in Ohio. Good stuff, more booz mongers. Problem is that the county he was in was a dry one.
You’d think with $500k being invested, they’d have a few thousand to check and file for all the zoning ordinances and MAYBE get a liquor license in progress while the place is being built?
