Yeah, I ran out of ideas for a title. Sue me.Spent most of last week working, as usual. Ended up putting a good bit more time than I thought I would, but eh, the end is near for this version. Thats a good thing, I like slacking off every now and again. I was going to raid a happy hour on Friday, then a poker game, but I ended up chasing some weirdness Thursday pretty late, so I opted just to go home and do nothing. Doing nothing is underrated, but I like it.The big thing was the Super Bowl. Carolina should have won that one, except for that not-so-perfect last kickoff. Eh, hopefully we’ll be back. Missed the other Jackson’s publicity stunt since the folks I was with agreed that half time shows suck. Fortunately, there’s a thing called the Internet, and a miracle called Google. Took about 30 seconds of searching to realize I had missed nothing. Its possible I actually lucked out by not seeing the show. Now, don’t get me wrong, boobs are great. Its not so great when there’s some weird sun/star looking thing there. The thing that amuses me the most about it is how its being played off as an \”accident\”. I’m sure. Publicity stunt.All the hooplah around it is funny. Its not like kids nowadays don’t know about these things. I’ll say it again….Internet. Bah, whatever, even if the FCC levies some fines, I doubt any of the parties involved would notice the missing cash.Finally got around to watching USA’s Traffic miniseries. It did its namesake a dishonor. Not that the movie was ridiculously awesome, but at least it didn’t seem like a thinly veiled \”We’re all going to die\” type story. The side plots just seemed ridiculously weak in the miniseries, whereas in the movie it was more developed.People keep hounding me to watch Naruto. It sounds like a serious crack habit type addiction. I’m still in rehab from KOTOR….not sure if I want another one
