Um, yeah, so I’ve been slacking…Thanksgiving was fun. Hung out here for Thanksgiving day since I was lazy and wanted to relax for a day. No turkey, but eh, whatever, had a decent dinner considering ^^ Friday, went out to Houston to spend the rest of the weekend with some friends from school and a few folks who I’ve met while in Texas. That was a weekend of debauchery. One of the group fortunately had his whole house to himself, since the parents had ditched town for the holidays. Um, yeah….well, lets just say I’m sure it was fun, but I have no solid proof. Hahaha ^~On the way back, almost ran out of gas because apparently, between Austin and Houston, there are hardly any small towns with gas stations that operate on holidays like Thanksgiving. Yeah, you’d think most gas stations would be automated. Apparently not there….Ended up coasting into a gas station that was automated….the low fuel light had been on for about 22 miles already…and thats about the absolute limit of the gas. Good thing Texas is basically flat….if there had been hills everywhere, I would have run out of gas far earlier =PWork is starting to spin up again. New functionality and all that due in Feb….along with all sorts of other applications who are finally starting to use some of the functionality we wrote and finished a month and a half ago. That means more answering questions…bah.Btw, this is one weak winter. I don’t even have to carry my jacket out that much. I hear its colder in the rest of the parts of the country, but apparently, this is an unusually warm winter for this part of the country. That global warming thing probably has nothing to do with it right? ;)Folks who have previewed the Last Samurai, the new movie with Tom Cruise, says it kicks ass. I’m interested enough that I’ll probably give it a try….apparently, it doesn’t suck as hard as the trailer might suggest… http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/TheLastSamurai-1127779/Adam Beyer is coming Dec 12th. Swedish techno…mmmmmm.
