Mondays should all be like this
Four day work weeks should be commonplace. Mondays typically suck. People hate Mondays. Its a fact. Therefore, since Monday has been catching all the flak for a while, its Tuesday’s turn. Eh, its a decent excuse… O_oWent to the mall today, wanted to get a couple of things. Ended up only getting some more socks. Gap didn’t have the clothes I wanted in my size. Dunno, my size isn’t odd (34 waist, 34 length). What the hell is the problem then? =PWent down to DWS and got a new pair of relatively casual shoes, and a pair of sandals. Came back and ordered some shorts and jeans online. Yay, how exciting. Online stores are good sometimes though….you don’t have to drive anywhere to find out your size isn’t available.Oh yeah, and I beat the crap out of Michi in a good game of Generals! ^_^Just finished off the fajitas from last night. I miss the sushi already =PWanted to wash my car today, but it looked like rain, so I hold off again. I’ll wash it someday, really.I think I’m gonna try and get working on the picture section of this webpage. I’ve got a lot of ideas, and a lot of thoughts of how to implement those ideas. Now its just getting off my lazy ass to do it =)Oh yeah, Spirited Away is a good movie. Go watch it!

Oh, this is a three day weekend?
Only I could be lost enough to not realize that this weekend was a three day one. I didn’t realize this until Monday, so I didn’t really have a chance to plan to get out of town. Argh, I’m checking the calendar at least a month ahead of time =PSo Friday, I just hung out at my place and played some Vice City. Saturday, I went out and got some fresh tuna, bought Command and Conquer: Generals, and some liquid refreshments. The tuna was for some homemade sushi I had this weekend. Fresh tuna + sushi rice + nori = happy kyle ^^. The stuff I made was crazy good, and as my typing of this proves, didn’t kill me =P Pics of the stuff are here:http://downloads.rewq.org/sushi/I went out and bought Generals for one reason. To whoop Michi’s butt in it online!! ^^ We always used to play in Pittsburgh when we both had a little time in our day. Its like the good old days 
I miss trash talking to someone in a game. The bad thing is that this time, she’s improving a lot faster. I’ll have to lay some down some whoopass soon =PFinished off the rest of the tuna this morning in some more sushi. Mmmmmm. Went to HEB and grabbed some chicken fajita meat. I would have marinated it myself, but then again, that would have taken more time. I only used about half of the chicken, maybe I’ll make some more tomorrow. Used the little Foreman grill I scored a while back for super cheap.Three day weekends are nice and lazy, I like it. I’m enjoying the no rush to work on Monday idea.Ketel One is good vodka by the way. O_oAnd oh yeah. What the hell, its Monday night already?
This weekend was decently entertaining. Friday night, I talked one of my friends from work into going with me to a party. Omar Santana was spinning, or well, he was supposed to be. That overpriced asshole only spun for like 20 minutes that night. He didn’t do squat. Regardless, it was a decent night. Its been a while since I’ve been to such a small party (maybe 100-150 people max). Now I remember why those warehouse parties were so much fun ^^Saturday, I went with a friend downtown to see if he could find any apartments. Unfortunately, thats near UT Austin, and that causes most of the apartments in the area to be efficiencies or other things more suited for a college student than a working professional. I’m still happy with the deal I got at the place I’m moving to. I’d rather be closer to downtown honestly, but for the price I got, and since its right next to a park, I can’t complain.I sepnt most of the afternoon with some friends chilling next to a pool. Got a little red from the sun, but nothing bad.Went to Sushi Sake afterwards, its just as good as I remember it from the summer I interned here. Good sushi is definitely a very good thing. I still haven’t made my own sushi yet, maybe this long weekend I’ll give it a try.Afterwards, we went to a driving range and I made an ass of myself. Nope, I can’t play golf or even pretend to play golf, worth a rat’s ass. It was horrible, it was ugly, it was fun =PSunday started early. I went online and watched Michi’s graduation via webcast. Wanted to be there in person, but there really wasn’t a way I could have made it there without sleeping in a gutter or something. Its strange watching a graduation ceremony so strikingly similar to my own.Later on, helped a friend move into his new apartment. Didn’t really move all that much…he had mentioned 3pm as a time to get together, but he ended up wanting to do it at noon. I was at the grocery store at that point, and the others were preoccupied as well. All well =PSaw some autocross racing after we left my friend’s new apartment. Lots of S2000s racing around a small track. There was an M3 there as well. Decent stuff, I’d race, but I don’t have a standard in my car.Went apartment hunting with the friend again afterwards. Equally unproductive as the day before. Ended up getting home in time for the Simpsons season finale. Not that funny, but its still the Simpsons, so I can’t complain.And if you haven’t heard yet, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City kicks ass! And its so nice looking on my video card ^^ I’ll play Enter the Matrix and a few other games once I beat Vice City….or when I get bored of it.

Kicks ass!!!!Yeah, it lives up to the hype. The critics don’t know what they’re talking about. Its a totally enjoyable movie.I won’t post anything about the movie in particular, since some folks may not have had the chance to see it yet.
