No tag for this post.Absolutely nothing. Fox was a bastard and didn’t show a Simpsons episode. Instead, they showed \”The Lost World\”, the movie bastardization of a shitty book. So I ended up watching the Oscars for a little bit. Its boring too. I sure am glad I don’t have to pay for this =)Spent most of the weekend watching the NCAA games at a friend’s. Good times watching some awesome basketball. Its a lot easier this year to keep track of the games. Previous years, exams would always come up around this time, or some sort of project. It feels good to be out of school sometimes.Ended up trying that local pizza chain’s product, Mr. Gadhi’s or however you spell it. It wasn’t too bad for the price =)The war in Iraq has been covering the television recently. True, it is a major world event that should be tracked, but sometimes, I fail to see the point of displacing regular shows just to keep track of the war. Breaking in just when there’s a major event makes sense though.Still trying to decide whether or not to get the Family Guy DVD set, which will have seasons 1 and 2. But there’s a season 3 too….so maybe I’ll wait until all three come out. Or maybe I’ll just give up and get it anyway ^_^Allergies have started to piss me off again. Claratin is good though, makes the days fly right by and keeps my eyes from itching like mad.I’ve been lazy, I should get some sort of picture gallery online =P

Hopefully the BBC reports will be excellent as always. Supposedly they have the largest number of correspondents in the area. I can’t stand the main US networks and their hundreds of ex-military consultants. On a lighter note, the Autobots are helping with the invasion:http://www.wkyc.com/news/news_fullstory.asp?id=3828

No tag for this post.Got my tax return $$ back today. Talk about a nice thing to see in your bank account on a Sunday morning ^_^Ended up staying late at work on Friday. Just as I was about to leave for the day, something comes up and keeps me around for almost two hours. Always on Fridays, always just when you’re about to run out, something happens. Right after work, met up with folks from work and drank some at a bar. Went over to a friend’s place and hung out for a bit. Also had the hottest Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever seen.Went out last night downtown. Got pretty blitzed for the hell of it. It hasn’t been warm enough to comfortably wander around without jackets in a while. The new Ali G show on HBO kicks ass. Its hilarious, just like his previous movies. Two Simpsons episodes coming tonight. I can’t believe they’re not showing Futurama this weekend. Fox destroys more good shows like this than any other way. Good thing that there’s such a thing as Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. Almost enough of a lure to bring cable tv back into my apartment.Almost.All that sand they dumped in town a few weeks ago for the ice storm is still around. I’m wondering if they plan to just let the rain, when it does rain, to sweep off the sand. There honestly is a shitload of sand still out there on the roads.Wal-Mart lost some points with me recently. Some cups I bought from there when I first got here in Austin ended up breaking easily. I end up buying some replacements from Target. Much nicer, much sturdier, and about the same exact price. Good stuff. Can’t believe its already Sunday….
