Now thats a disturbing amount
It seems my stereo has forced me to reevaluate my priorities.I used to dedicate most of my drive space (260 gigs) to movies.Now, almost two months after I got my stereo, the tide is starting to shift.Music files, lossy ones at that, now make up over a quarter of my content. Previous to my stereo, it was approximately 8%.I love that thing ^_^

Mmmmmm
Did I ever mention that I love Indian food? I ate it a lot at Carnegie Mellon, thanks ot Sree’s and that Indian place in the old student center. There’s a place here in Austin, on Anderson Lane and Mopac, that just spanks the donkey piss out of those two places though. Not that I’m all that surprisd; they were both small operations, one from a van/truck, the other from a small room. But yeah, the one in Austin has a great lunch buffett going on. Its kind of steep for a buffett, but its so worth it. The quality of the food is amazing.Every time I go, I end up not having to eat the rest of the day =)Haven’t been up to much lately. Halloween is coming up, party party. Otherwise, just chilled most of the weekend. Finally finished watching Super Troopers with some folks from work. Decent movie, but I doubt I’d have enjoyed it if I had paid for it at a theater. Went to see the Bourne Identity at the dollar theater. That was a pretty good action flick.When will Fox quit showing this farce of a sport known as baseball and get to the Simpsons!!! (I know, season premier the Sunday after Halloween, but still…)Downgraded my server system back to the slightly more conservative distribution of Debian known as Sarge. Yup, the Toy Story theme is still going on for the names of the different distributions. Sid (unstable) just ended up being too true to its namesake for me to use on a system I depend on for digital media.Besides that, spent most of the weekend clearing off my hard drives with lots of cd burning, drank some wine, and listened to my stereo. Nice and relaxing.
